6th Months Anniversary

Last Nov 20th was our 6th months wedding anniversary. Just couldn't believe that we've been married for only 6 months, its like years already..thats our joke when we talk about how our married life goes so far. Our life seems so complete with the waiting of our first baby boy. What i feel so far is just happiness, there're many moments that i never imagine i would experience before. Yes, we are not a perfect couple, we do have a small arguing, and different opinions but so far nothing can make our marriage in trouble, but in fact our feeling goes stronger. Many said that when u get married you will easily get bored with your spouse because you'll see him/her everyday and the feeling will be change..what i experience now is totally different, the more i know him the more i feel so in love with him..commitment become something that binds our heart even more each day.. Now as we expecting our baby, we really believe that if its not God who bless us, we won't be able to...

*flash back*

When i drive my car to office this morning, suddenly i start to sing and worship God, i think about all the goodness in my life.. i'm still amazed how everything went this far..and all for good. I went out from sumba in 1992, from comfort living with my parent to a different world. I went to Malang and studied at SMAK COR JESU, i stayed in dormitory there, all girls.. and those girls i live with slowly changed my life from a tomboy girl to a girl who finally can see a boy not just a buddy..and i grew up to know my God even more at GKI Tumapel.. i still miss all those memories there. I once had a best friend, her name is dini, we stayed in dorm together, we went to the same church, we even had our SIDI together, lots of memories, happy and sad, many secrets.. then she died on 1996 in surabaya. I was so sad. That's one of the hardest moment in my life..losing someone i care about. Its been 11 years now.i can still remember her obviously.. Anyway, after graduated from high sch...

Never Been Unloved by Michael W. Smith

I have been unworthy I have been unrighteous And I have been unmerciful I have been unreachable I have been unteachable I have been unwilling And I've been undesirable And sometimes I have been unwise I've been undone by what I'm unsure of But because of you And all that you went through I know that I have never been unloved I have been unbroken I have been unmended I have been uneasy And I've been unapprochable I've been unemotional I've been unexceptional I've been undecided And I have been unqualified Unaware - I have been unfair I've been unfit for blessings from above But even I can see The sacrifice You made for me To show that I have never been unloved Unaware - I have been unfair I've been unfit for blessings from above But even I can see The sacrifice You made for me To show that I have never been unloved It's because of you And all that you went through I know that I have never been unloved

days after the wedding day

It's been more than a week since the day i become a wife. After 5 days honeymoon now we're back to the real world. This is what i have imagined before, living a life with someone i love and enjoying every minute of it. I also imagine about tons of laundries, cooking, waking up earlier, cleaning the house and so many more. Finally i live the life that many girls have dreamt of. I really thank God that i have a very wonderful husband, who always help and understand. Today is the first day back to work, its great to meet my co-workers again, i love my job even we're in the middle of struggle after the flood back on feb 07. But life must go on. Our honeymoon was great, even it doesnt look like a perfect honeymoon to others but we really enjoy it. Its a bit tired tough. But we got a good time there, enjoying lots of food, watch movie, go to the peak, shopping, go to the disneyland..and enjoying the fire works at disney..it was so beautiful.. Finally we're stay...

Blessings Multiplied by Joel Osteen

" For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future ." (Jeremiah 29:11) Today's Word from Joel and Victoria God wants to bless you not just because He loves you, which He does, but also so that you can be a blessing to others. God wants you to experience not just blessing, but tremendous blessing, in your life because He knows that when you taste of His love and goodness you want to go out and share it with someone else. You can do this by partnering with other believers around you and in the ministry, and by reaching out to lost and searching people around the world. There are millions of people in our world who need to know that God has a more hope-filled future for them—and you can help them find it! A Prayer for Today God, thank You for Your tremendous blessings You shower upon me. Use me to pour out those same blessings to others who need to know You. In ...

Make Wise Choices by Joel Osteen

Today's Scripture "I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life." (Deuteronomy 30:19) Life is a series of choices that you must make. Some are much more serious than others, but the fact is that you have opportunities to make either wise or foolish decisions. There is always a right answer or a better answer, but how do you know what it is? That's where God comes in and solves the puzzle for you. He has given you everything you need to make the right choice each time. He loves you and wants the best for you in everything. The key to good decision-making is to listen to His guidance and have the strength and resolve to act on it. When you follow God's leading, the result will be a life of blessing and purposeful joy . Tap into God's wisdom today and listen to His teachings, and discover the abundant life! A Prayer for Today God, thank You for giving me Your guidance and help. I pray that I will be sensitive to Yo...

On Saturday by Max Lucado

John didn’t know on that Friday what you and I now know. He didn’t know that Friday’s tragedy would be Sunday’s triumph. John would later confess that he “did not yet understand from the Scriptures that Jesus must rise from the dead” (John 20:9). That’s why what he did on Saturday is so important. We don’t know anything about this day; we have no passage to read, no knowledge to share. All we know is this: When Sunday came, John was still present. When Mary Magdalene came looking for him, she found him. Jesus was dead. The Master’s body was lifeless. John’s friend and future were buried. But John had not left. Why? Was he waiting for the resurrection? No. As far as he knew, the lips were forever silent and the hands forever still. He wasn’t expecting a Sunday surprise. Then why was he here? You’d think he would have left. Who was to say that the men who crucified Christ wouldn’t come after him? The crowds were pleased with one crucifixion; the religious leaders might ...

I Refuse To Be Discouraged

I refuse to be discouraged, To be sad, or to cry; I refuse to be downhearted, And here’s the reason why… I have a God who’s mighty, Who’s sovereign and supreme; I have a God who loves me, And I am on His team. He is all wise and powerful, Jesus is His name; Though everything is changeable, My God remains the same . My God knows all that’s happening; Beginning to the end, His presence is my comfort, He is my dearest friend. When sickness comes to weaken me, To bring my head down low, I call upon my mighty God; Into His arms I go. When circumstances threaten To rob me from my peace; He draws me close unto His breast, Where all my strivings cease. And when my heart melts within me, And weakness takes control; He gathers me into His arms, He soothes my heart and soul. The great “ I AM ” is with me, My life is in His hand, The “ Son of the Lord ” is my hope, It’s in His strength I stand. I refuse to be defeated, My eyes are on my God; He has promised to be with me, ...

If I Could...

If I could catch a rainbow I would do it just for you And share with you its beauty On the days you’re feeling blue. If I could build a mountain You could call your very own A place to find serenity A place to be alone. If I could take your troubles I would toss them in the sea But all these things I’m finding Are impossible for me. I cannot build a mountain Or catch a rainbow fair But let me be what I know best: A friend that’s always there. by author unknown

Change your Words, Change your World

This message really speak to my heart...i hope it will bless you as well.. its taken from Joelosteen.com "Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life. Put away from you a deceitful mouth, and put devious lips far from you." Proverbs 4:23-24 Today's Word from Joel and Victoria We want to encourage you today to watch what you are saying. Your words have creative power and you can use them as a destructive force or as an instrument of blessing. If you continually speak negative words over your life, then eventual defeat will be the result. In the same way, if you speak words of faith and victory, you will see a harvest of blessing not only in your own life, but also in the lives of those around you. Remember your mother telling you: "If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all?" That was good advice. Don't give life to your negative thoughts by speaking them out. You can't continue to...

finally..

today i just found out what it really means of.." don't judge a book by its cover ".. few months ago i thought something that "Too good to be true" is about to happen but then i realize that it doesn't happen instantly, it takes a process and off course it takes time, when we rush we wont be able to see things clearly now i know that everything has it own time, especially when it comes to a relationship no matter its a friendship or romance, all the same. I did lot of mistakes in the past and whether i realize or not sometimes i hurt someone's heart, and made them turn to be a person i never knew before.. totally out of the image box.. then something that used to be a " too good to be true " now become " thank God i didnt believe that ".. i'm confused, should i be sorry or grateful ? but my heart tell me to be grateful in everything.. last nite, me and the gank were having a bridal shower for our beloved sister and...

..mistery..

these couple of days we've been talking about the tragedy happend in jogja. the earthquake has caused more than 5,000 people died..today as i was driving around jakarta, there are lots of people asking money for jogja..it obviously that this tragedy has caused all of us to care for each other more..yes..that's one of the reason.. i believe if God let this happen then there must be a big thing waiting for us in the future.. we should remember that God is still in control.. we're reminded not to depend our life to worldly things..because its temporary..how can we hold on to something that can be destroyed.. in God alone we should put our trust.. because He knows the plan for us..plan not to harm us but to prosper us..and give us the bright future.. for me myself this tragedy is a reminding of our mission as a christian..to reach out those lost souls.. they need to come back to God..... while others still question why this is happend..many believe as unsolved mister...

The Antidote To Fear

The Antidote To Fear by Ps. Joseph Prince (new creation church - singapore) 1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear… Experts tell us that babies have two natural fears: The fear of falling and the fear of loud noises. A study on fear was conducted on 500 adults of varying ages, backgrounds and lifestyles. The results showed that there were 7,000 different fears shared among them. This means that they have learnt 6,998 fears since they were born. That is a lot of fears learnt! Actually, our bodies are designed for faith. Fear was foreign to man until Adam sinned against God. For the first time, Adam knew fear, and he hid from God and said, “I heard Your voice… I was afraid… I hid myself.” (Genesis 3:10) Since then, man has been living in the realm of fear — fear of the future, fear of what others might say, fear of diseases, fear of flying… Actually, every fear is born out of the feeling of being cut off from God. If you think that God is s...

*Dominion Mandate for Your Finance*

By Ps. Daniel R (sunday, feb 26th 2006) IFGF Gisi KA 1 Sarbini from what i receive this sunday which i believe it blessed me, so i wanna share with everyone... This sunday we learn how God works in our financial aspect through 3 stories from bible. 1. Isaac (gen 26) Its all started in crisis, there's a great need in the land of Gerar. And isaac is planning to leave the land to egypt but then come Gods word in the verse 2, God told him not to go to agypt, then isaac obey God. v.12 Isaac planting the seed on the land, then reap the fruit 100 times. from this story we learn that the key of a blessed life is that in time of crisis we must come to God, listen to His word, obey it then so it..it will be multiplied 2. Elijah and a widow woman (1 Kings 17) the woman is in crisis of meal but then Elijah come to her and asked her to make him a bread. eventhough she knew that its impossible but she obeys the word and do it. then the miracle happen, she and her family had ...

*The Wise Woman's Stone*

I got this story, and it really touch me..the most precious thing comes from within not from what that can be seen..thats wonderful.. Sometimes its so hard to focus on what within myself..as there're so many things outhere always try to keep my mind on myself-efforts.. makes me sometimes forget that its God the source of strength and light, He is the only one who supposed to get my attention..He is the only one who stay in my heart..and He is the precious one..the one and only... forever... ------------------------------------ The Wise Woman's Stone A wise woman who was traveling in the mountains found a precious stone in a stream. The next day she met another traveler who was hungry, and the wise woman opened her bag to share her food. The hungry traveler saw the precious stone and asked the woman to give it to him. She did so without hesitation. The traveler left rejoicing in his good fortune. He knew the stone was worth enough to give him security for a lif...

*You Still Have Hope*

If you can look at the sunset and smile, then you still have hope. If you can find beauty in the colors of a small flower, then you still have hope. If you can find pleasure in the movement of a butterfly, then you still have hope. If the smile of a child can still warm your heart, then you still have hope. If you can see the good in other people, then you still have hope. If the rain breaking on a roof top can still lull you to sleep, then you still have hope. If the sight of a rainbow still makes you stop and stare in wonder, then you still have hope. If the soft fur of a favored pet still feels pleasant under your fingertips, then you still have hope. If you meet new people with a trace of excitement and optimism, then you still have hope. If you give people the benefit of a doubt, then you still have hope. If you still offer your hand in friendship to others that have touched your life, then you still have hope. If receiving an unexpected card or letter...
