DOMINION MANDATE FOR YOUR FAMILY

In the beginning, man was created after everything else. So everything was ready to use for Adam.
Gen 2:18
Then the LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to live alone. I will make a suitable companion to help him."

We learnt that God is the initiator to bring a helper for Adam, because God knew that Adam can't manage everything He has given alone
*God knows the right timing for Adam to have a partner

When God wants to display His dominion mandate in our life, He starts from family

There are 3 restorations God mentioned in Maleachi

1.Restoration of the heart of Fathers and children
Mal 4:6 He will bring fathers and children together again;
otherwise I would have to come and destroy your country."

2. Restoration of finance through offering, tithing and first fruit to remind us That God owns the whole thing
Mal 3:10 Bring the full amount of your tithes to the Temple,
so that there will be plenty of food there. Put me to the test
and you will see that I will open the windows of heaven and pour out on you in abundance all kinds of good things.

3. Restoration of the first love between husband and wife

The importance of family is also mention in the bible:
- the first miracle Jesus made: the wedding in cana
- the last day before He went up to heaven He also mentioned about the wedding of The Lamb
so the conclusion is everything is starting from family.

We will learn about how to build our family under God's dominion.

cautions: beware of evil, because evil is always trying to distract us to accomplish God's plans in our life.

4 keys to build a family under God's dominion
1. Honoring your father and mother
2. Loving your spouse
3. Training up your child
4. Serving together with all your family

in this month we will learn a big lesson... to turn our heart toward home..
todays lesson is Honoring our father and mother.
Eph 6:2-3.
2."Respect your father and mother" is the first commandment that has a promise added:
3."so that all may go well with you, and you may live a long time in the land."

*its an important commandment
*the secret of being well and live long

Exo 20:12
"Respect your father and your mother, so that you may live a long time in the land that I am giving you.

you will never experience the dominion mandate in other are of your life before you start from your family life.

Pro 10:1
These are Solomon's proverbs: Wise children make their fathers proud of them; foolish ones bring their mothers grief.

Pro 20:20
If you curse your parents, your life will end like a lamp that goes out in the dark

Its Gods command, we have to obey !!!

good sample: Ruth, she respects her mother in law with her serving and faithfullness

*you cant love your spuse/child perfectly before honor your parent, regardless what they did, because Gods command
was very clear - honor your father and mother - , God never mentioned anything else, He didn't say that
you must honor your parent only if they are good.
after honor your parent then loving your spouse and training up your child then in the end we can say that
as for me and my house, we will serve The Lord.

lesson: before care other poeople..starts to care your own family first, start to have reconciliation with your parent by honoring them.
its so pity if we try so hard to care other people so well but we forget our own family.

Hope this wonderful message will give you a new point of view to help you live under Gods dominion.
