Act 1:8
But when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will be filled with power, and you will be witnesses for me in
This is the promise of God that we’ll receive the power just after the Holy Spirit comes.
Joh 14:16-17
I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, who will stay with you forever.
The truth obout the Holy Spirit:
- He is with us (before the salvation, He reveals the Lord to us)
- He is in us (after the salvation)
- His outhority is on us
The Holy Spirit is talking about the presence of the Lord.
The glory of God is talking abput the Lord’s attributes
Then the glory of God explain the Nature of the Lord.
There’s much more than just healing and liberty, the power is more importand than that.
There’re different between the presence of God and the power of God.
The presence of God keeps us sustain as a christian, walking to pleasing Him and living in integrity, and it will produce the Holy Spirit who dwells in us. It will change us.
The power of God can bring us out of our bondage but it can’t change our nature.
We must seek the Lord with all our heart and to call Him continually, make Jesus real to us.
How to multiply the Power of God:
1. with hunger
2. with unity
3. with faith
4. with worship
5. with prayer
6. with association or fellowship with anointed man
7. with hold Him not to leave us by longing more of Him.
God’s nature is that He enjoys our fellowship with Him, He longs to be longed and He hungers to be hungered.
The power of God is a gift and can’t be taken back, but the presence of God is for us to seek, it can leave us if we don’t keep it.
As a christian our focus is on the presence of God not in His power, because when we have His presence means we have Jesus and we’ll also receive His power automatically.
So keep the presence of God with you..
